DAKAR (Reuters) - A heavily armed convoy believed to be carrying Burkina Faso's former president Blaise Compaore was seen traveling on Friday towards the southern town of Po, near the border with Ghana, two diplomatic sources and local media said. The sighting took place as Compaore's resignation statement was announced on local media after days of widescale protests.
