TONIGHT: DOT hosts Vision Zero town hall

Tonight at 5:30 p.m. at the Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church, located at 263 Marcy Avenue in South Williamsburg, the Department of Transportation (DOT) is hosting a Vision Zero Town Hall.

The meeting is hosted by Council members Antonio Reynoso and Stephen Levin, along with the Southside Community Mission.

At the town hall, residents will be able to tell city and elected officials how to make streets safer for pedestrians, bicyclists, drivers and all users of the road.

The meeting will begin with a presentation from DOT, followed by a Q&A session with DOT and members of the NYPD.
